These terms and conditions govern your use of the GenioTech website and repair services. By using our website or services you agree to these terms.

Repair services

• All repairs are quoted before work begins. No work will commence without your approval of the quote.
• We offer a no fix, no fee guarantee — if we cannot repair your device you will not be charged for labour.
• Repair times are estimates only. We will contact you if there are any delays.
• We recommend backing up your data before submitting any device for repair. GenioTech is not liable for data loss during repairs.
• Devices not collected within 90 days of repair completion may be disposed of or sold to cover outstanding costs.

Warranty

All repairs carry a 90-day warranty on parts and labour unless otherwise stated. This warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or faults unrelated to the original repair.

Shop purchases

• All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Faulty items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

Affiliate links and sponsorships
